She wore another ensemble by Alexander McQueen that was absolutely the talk of the evening. It was a ruffled skirt that fell to the ground effortlessly in beautiful white tiers. It featured a cute sweetheart neckline and a full skirt. She paired it with a stunning tiara by Lover’s Knot. The ensemble was completed with a blue sash that represents the Royal Victorian Order, which is an honor of service to the monarch. It was given to Kate by the Queen on her eighth anniversary with hubby Prince William.
