Look at your clothing

As you can see, our clothes can tell us a lot about our bodies’ changes. This is true in terms of the quality or wear and tear on our clothing. A particular area that wears down very easily is the inner thigh portion of a pair of pants or jeans. If you notice some thinning or wearing down of the fabric in this area, you may be experiencing some additional friction in between the thighs. This is a common indicator of weight gain.

Check out your jewelry

Another way to tell if you’ve gained weight is to take a look at how your jewelry fits. If your rings and bracelets are getting a little snug, then chances are you may have gained some weight.
